The Top Seal version of the Scorpion flow wrapping machine is ideal for irregular and unsupported products with variable lengths, capable of reaching speeds up to 80 packs per minute. It features an infeed conveyor belt for transporting products to the adjustable folding box, where they transfer directly to the film. The film path is kept short by placing the film directly under the folding box.

After folding, the film is sealed by sealing and driving rollers, with an option to cut and vacuum the fin for a neat bead seal. Rotating jaws create a cross seal with a central cut, and variable length programming minimizes material waste. The final packed products are conveyed onto an outfeed belt, ready for the next processing step. This machine is perfect for packaging items such as asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, elongated bell peppers, spring onions, leeks, parsnips, and sweet potatoes.
