The Bottom Seal version of the Scorpion flow wrapping machine is designed for small and medium-sized products, capable of reaching speeds of up to 80 packs per minute. It features a standard infeed chain conveyor for easy product placement onto an adjustable folding box, with an optional phasing belt for direct integration behind a filling line.

The film unwinds from the upper reel, forms a tube via the folding box, and is then sealed underneath by sealing and driving rollers. Rotating jaws create a cross seal with a central cut, separating the products. The packaged items are conveyed onto an outfeed belt. This machine is suitable for packaging punnets of plums, tomatoes, pears, loose tomatoes, asparagus, and tray-packed vegetables.
