Raw produce, cleaned via washing systems such as a Barrel Washer and Vege-Polisher™ can be conveyed directly into a Wyma Produce Singulator. The Produce Singulator has built-in sensors to control the level of infeed to the singulator ensuring optimal loading levels for efficient output.

Produce is circulated around the drum causing singular produce to be guided around the edge towards the exit. Features such as the guide block work to provide a clean input for the built in high speed camera which captures and determines if the produce is overlapping and correctly spaced. If incorrect, the single item will be diverted back into the rotating drum. Produce exits the Produce Singulator on to a V-conveyor, where it is taken to the next stage of the processing line, in most cases the Optical Roto-Cut vegetable trimmer.
