Wyma’s Floating Debris Remover comes standard on all Wyma Wet Hoppers, however it can be retrofitted to preexisting equipment should you need to purchase at a later date.

The Floating Debris Remover allows the additional removal of buoyant and unwanted material that remains at surface level. Designed to be placed above the tank of a Wet Hopper, it effectively prevents floating debris from clogging downstream machinery.

Equipped with water jets, the Wet Hopper propels unwanted material towards the rotating web belt on the Floating Debris Remover. Here, the debris is captured and transported to the waste conveyor for proper disposal, sale, or even reuse.

With its adjustable height feature, operators have the flexibility to select the ideal depth for the belt to sit in the water. This means that the equipment is capable of accommodating various debris types, making it a versatile solution for any processing environment.
