The cages can easily be transported around a workplace by forklift or pallet trolley, to meet the requirements of any warehouse application.

The Pallet Converter Cages are stackable, durable and economical. They feature a timber base construction with heavy-duty zinc plated frames. Compared to other similar Stillage Cages, the load capacity of the Pallet Converter Cage is increased due to this modular design. A galavanised sheet metal flooring can be supplied to prevent items falling between the pallet spaces, fitting over the existing pallet.

The side panels of the Pallet Converter Cages are mounted to a standard 1165 x 1165 mm design. The unit is supplied as a flat-pack, ready for assembly.

More than your average storage cage!

Pallet Converter Cages feature front and rear gates that are designed to swing outwards for easy access to goods within the cage. Due to the cages flat-pack build, the front and rear gates can be removed and added when needed.  The side panels are mounted to a 1165 mm x 1165 mm hardwood pallet, which is supplied. The cages can also be stacked (4 high when empty or 2 high when loaded) ensuring space is saved during use.

The Pallet Converter Cages are available in two models – a full height option (Code: SPCT2) and a half height version (Code: SPCTH4). The front gate of the full height is also a half-drop version.  An optional metal flooring (Code: SPCTF) is also available, as well as a Canvas Cover to protect the integrity of products (Code: MPCT-02CC).
