The Band Sealer can seal polythene, prolypropylene, PVC, laminate aluminium/film and paper/poly coated bags. We have many models available to suit your needs. The Horizontal and Vertical options come with castors and thermostat temperature control.

Horizontal Band Sealer
The Horizontal Band Sealer seals magazines (etc.) while laying flat. The Conveyor width is 200mm and the Conveyor speed is adjustable from 1 to 10 metres per minute (7 or 10mm sealing widths). The Conveyor and Sealing Head can tilt up to 300°, with the sealing head able to be adjusted for larger items.

Vertical Band Sealer
The Vertical Band Sealer is perfect for upright bags of powders, fruit, vegetables, etc. The Conveyor widths is 250mm and the Conveyor speed can be adjusted from 0 to 10 metres per minute (seal width 10mm, bag height 90 to 430mm). The Sealing Head can tilt up to 90°.

Hand Held Band Sealer
The Hand Held Band Sealer seals polythene, polypropylene and laminate bags up to 2 x 200mm thick (seal width 3mm). When combined with the PMP3553 Transport System and the stand PMP3552, as illustrated, you have a complete packing line. The Conveyor speed is variable from 1 to 10 metres per minute and the unit has lockable castors for easy mobility.

Maximum bag height using the PMP3551 Band Sealer: 700mm.
Conveyor dimensions: length 2.7m, width 180mm, height adjustable from 660mm to 1000mm.
Power: 240V, single phase, 2amp.
