Wika Portable Pressure Calibrator
The WIKA CPH 6000 combines the advantages of a compact hand-held instrument with the comprehensive funtionality of a laboratory calibration instrument. The large display, separate numeric keyboard and cursor keys, and the self-explanatory menus all make the instrument extremely easy to use. As well as measuring and calibration modes, there is a maximum & minimum memory (e.g. for leak testing.
The pressure sensor, mounted on the instrument, is available with standard ranges up to 1,000 bar (14,500 psi). All standard sensors have an accuracy of 0.025% and are interchangeable without the need for tools. Special ranges from 1,200 to 8,000 bar are available on request.
If a sensor is changed, the instrument recognises the new measuring range automatically, and therefore the operator does not need to reconfigure it manually. The selected pressure sensor can also be used remotely, in conjunction with an optional extension cable.
The electrical and signal connections are protected against adverse conditions in the field, by captive rubber covers.
The CPH 6000 is the first pressure calibrator available on the market featuring both a USB connection and/or an RS232 interface.
Various configurations of fully equipped service cases, including a range of pressure generating pumps are available for maintenance and service applications.
The CPH 6000 complements a wide range of pressure and temperature calibrators and deadweight testers available from WIKA and is fully supported by WIKA Australia's own NATA laboratory and service centre.
