Our range of ID and OD mount machines covers flanges from 3/4" 19mm) ID to 175" (4,000mm OD).

Our H&S machines cover all ID mount applications from 3/4" ID (19mm) to 24" (610mm) OD. In addition to this we have a range of Climax machines that increase our ID mount capability up to 60" or (1520mm) these lightweight high performance machines are very reliable and accurate. They are easy to handle by a single worker while the high torque motors and patented gear sets deliver power and reliability.

For more demanding applications we have the HD50 and HD60 clamshells. These two machines can be mounted on the OD or the ID of the flange depending on the applications requirements. ID mounting is achieved by utilising a selection of mounting spiders that have the ability to straddle internal baffle plates.
