The POWER BEVELER utilizes a 3 Hp pneumatic motor to deliver the speed and torque needed to quickly cut heavy wall pipes of carbon, chromoly, or stainless steel materials.

The POWER BEVELER comes standard with a universal tool holder, designed to accept a variety of tooling, enabling you to perform up to three operations at the same time. A variety of tooling options are available to allow you to bevel, counter bore, and perform J-prep with high speed steel or indexable carbide tooling. For a more economical solution, the PB6 accepts S-base blades for lighter wall applications. SM-base blades are also available for heavy wall applications.

The POWER BEVELER has an integrated wedge system allowing for quick change of leg extensions. The self-centering 3-leg wedge system centers the tool in the pipe for accurate machining. It also comes with standard set screws, allowing for easy installation of the tool bits - no reaching around the tool to release the blade.
