Material Finish

Our Mirror colour acrylics are high grade acrylic with gloss finish on one side and grey Eco-hardy backing, less smell and more scratch resistant than other brands. For exact colour swatches you can purchase sample swatch packs. See sample swatches in the materials list. 

Protective masking

All single sided mirror sheets have a protective plastic film coating on the gloss mirror side.  For best results with your acrylic ensure that it is stored lying flat to avoid warpage, remove plastic film before etching. Ensure that your laser machine has high air flow/air assist when cutting.

Technical Info

• Thickness is subject to tolerance +/- 10%
• Sheet size is subject to cutting tolerance +/- 5mm
• Material sheets are available in various sheet sizes and finishes

Shipping is generally more economical in smaller sized sheets, up to 22kg in weight. To calculate approximate acrylic sheet weight use the following formula:

• Weight(kg = Width(m)*Length(m)*Thickness(mm)*1.19
• For example the following is the weight estimate per sheet:
• 3mm Thick Acrylic 200*300mm = 215g
• 3mm Thick Acrylic 300*600mm = 643g
• 3mm Thick Acrylic 600*600mm = 1.28kg
• 3mm Thick Acrylic 600*900mm = 1.93kg
