Mass Spectrometer Systems | TripleTOF ...
Achieve the Optimum of Quantitative Performance
Built and optimized for large-scale quantitative mass spectrometry, the TripleTOF 6600+ System offers sensitive and robust quantitation using dedicated low flow source technology. Redesigned TOF entrance optics, along with software improvements within the forthcoming Analyst® TF Software 1.8, deliver optimized ion beam control, detector tuning, and scheduled ionization to decrease the risk of downtime over long term usage. Combined with the characteristically fast scanning capability of previous TripleTOF platforms, SWATH® Acquisition, and the ultimate approach for data-independent digital archiving of samples, the instrument you see before you could unlock a world of quantitative data you have never experienced before.
Built for Large-Scale Quantitation and Flexible Use
New source hardware designed to cater to the varied requirements of core and research labs, the TripleTOF® 6600+ delivers both flexible and easy to use low flow ionization for optimal sensitivity and throughput for a given sample set. Combined with the quantitative power of current and future SWATH® Acquisition methods, the TripleTOF® 6600+ system has the performance to deliver sensitive, large scale quantitative data for any application.
Key Features
Choose the Right Flow Rate for the Right Job with Optiflow™
Optimum Performance for Microflow Applications
OptiFlow® source and OptiFlow™ interface are built for simple, accessible low flow applications that deliver high sensitivity quantitative and qualitative data. The OptiFlow® Turbo V ion source allows the robust and routine implementation of microflow LC-MS methods for high sensitivity quantitation, large-scale, sensitive metabolite profiling and high throughput proteomics methods using intelligent probe technology and optimized SteadySpray™ micro and analytical flow probes to ensure no optimization of the probe is needed and that a stable spray can be reproducibly achieved time after time.
Easy to Use Nanoflow for Challenging Sample Types
The OptiFlow® Turbo V Source will also uniquely allow the user to switch to nanoflow regimes for highest sensitivity of proteomics samples where sample amount or concentration makes their analysis challenging such as low volume biopsy samples, IP pulldowns or detection of low abundance proteins in a targeted analysis. Using the forthcoming SteadySpray™ nano probes, the OptiFlow® Turbo V Source delivers the high performance nanospray that these sample types demand, with minimal downtime and setup time.
The Right Flow Rate for the Right Job
Choosing the right flow rate to tackle a specific analytical challenge is simple with OptiFlow. Switching between low flow regimes no longer requires breaking vacuum, changing source or re-optimisation of source parameters, allowing you to change between the flow rates appropriate for the job at hand without compromise.
Scanning SWATH® Acquisition
The SWATH story takes you further by allowing every single MS/MS iteration to be acquired and directly correlated to the correct precursor. The data produced by Scanning SWATH® Acquisition therefore contains all the information that would be contained in a multitude of different experimental approaches in a single all-encompassing dataset.
