The unique roller arrangement of these tools permits effortless contouring of "out of round" hand holes and manway seats by following the existing shape. Setup is virtually effortless using the adjustable mounting fixtures and plates. Truing the grinder to an existing hole is accomplished by turning the four adjusting screws and aligning the stone to the adjacent sealing surface.

The machines can be accurately dialled into the existing sealing surface quickly. The thumb wheel micro feed adjusts the proper depth of cut, with minimal material removal required for the re-seating operation. High speed motors with long life heavy duty bearings and a rugged swing arm design, allows accurate cut control which results in ultimate surface flatness.
