The FRAMECAD Mobile Factory is a completely secure, self-contained steel frame roll-forming production facility that can be located anywhere it's needed, especially in remote areas with little or no infrastructure. Complete with all the equipment necessary for immediate production, the FRAMECAD Mobile Factory is perfect for time critical jobs, or urgent disaster relief housing and reconstruction projects.

Product Features:

All functioning components are operated and housed within the container, enabling the mobile factory to be easily closed and secured when not in use.
In-built, self-contained diesel generator providing a dedicated power supply for the entire factory.
Machine and Decoiler are permanently fixed, for additional stability and easier shipment/movement of the mobile factory.
A certified 2 tonne internal gantry crane enables easy loading of steel coils.
Full Air-Conditioning (heating & cooling) along with plastic curtains for front and side doors, ensures the FRAMECAD machinery operates at the optimum temperature and the operator is in a comfortable working environment.
Insulated walls and roof for better noise and temperature control.
Full range of tools and training to assist commissioning of the factory, maintenance of the machinery, and steel frame assembly.
Optional tension canopy available to protect assembly areas from harsh weather conditions.
