The GinSan Direct Drive Space Efficient System (SES) is designed to offer a cost-effective and space-saving solution for car wash operators. Engineered with efficiency in mind, this vertically assembled system occupies only a 4’ x 4’ footprint, making it ideal for facilities where space is limited. It is configurable to support between one and six bays, depending on operational needs.

Each system comes prewired, pre-plumbed, and factory tested to streamline installation. The direct drive pump assemblies (CAT 5CP2140) are connected directly to 3 HP 60Hz Leeson motors, with pulsation dampener hoses and glycerin-filled gauges ensuring smooth and accurate performance. Maintenance is made simple with electrical isolation, fuse protection throughout the system, and colour-coded wiring aligned with GinSan technical documentation.

The SES includes high-pressure soap, rinse, and wax tank assemblies that use a Jobe Valve/506 Hydrominder to automatically mix and deliver cleaning agents to each bay. It also features a low water cut-off system for added protection, along with red, green, and amber indicator lights for easy status monitoring and a solution supply screen to protect the pump.

Triple Foam Car Wash System

The GinSan triple foam system is an optional add-on that complements the Versa and Direct Drive SES self serve car wash systems.

This self contained unit requires little space in your equipment room but will make a noticeable difference in your wash bays.

The triple foam conditioner can be dispensed by foam brush or gun applicator.
