Load Sensors

Each hi-technology weigh pad incorporates multiple heavy duty temperature compensated load cells. The strategic positioning of these sensors within the pad allows for o?-center wheel loads to be measured accurately and with a safe overload su?cient to deal with the inertia and shock e?ects of a loaded mining truck braking on the weigh pad.

Accuracies

Accuracies of approx. ± 0.05 in static mode and ± 0.5% in dynamic (in-motion) mode (Gross Vehicle Mass). This is achievable dependent upon the site conditions and the operator.

Calibration

Each FORCE system is factory calibrated prior to shipment. We also o?er an optional in-?eld portable calibration test press unit, which can be used at site by local service personnel.
