Line shaft and powered roller conveyors consist of a number of carrying rollers individually powered by drive belts from a rotating shaft. BMA Belting are able to cater for this specialised application with a large selection of custom made elastomeric round belting.
Solid PU O-Ring Features:
Solid PU O-Rings come in 2 formations. For 90% of applications, a thermally fused (joined) round belt is adequate for the high intensity work load and flexibility required to drive the carrying rollers.
BMA Belting are able to fabricate rings at any size or diameter between 80-90 shore hardness, depending on the elasticity required. All belts are fabricated in-house.
For all other high speed drives, we are able to source and distribute specially produced ‘seamless’ o-rings which are fully moulded without a join. This product is able to handle higher loads and speeds, and is available upon request
