Gain the appearance of a cardboard sleeve with the convenience of an automatically applied, adhesive label.

Wedderburn Stick 'n' Sleeve Labeller has been designed to print and apply premium labels to a combination of Vacuum Skin Packs (Darfresh), Thermoformed and Tray Lidded products.

The labels are printed and applied in a single pass by a patented combination of swipe on and positive folding application.

When linked to an optional DIGI High Speed Weigh Station, the Stick 'n' Sleeve has the ability to provide Random Weight, A.Q.S or e mark and fixed weight operation printing directly onto the label sleeve in accordance with National Measurement Institutes guidelines for Trade Approved Use. Any trays processed that fall outside these weight restrictions will not have a label applied.

Printing is provided by a 300 DPI thermal transfer print engine, providing the highest quality print resolution, fonts and customer images.

Stick 'n' Sleeve’s modular 304 stainless steel tubular open frame design minimises grease and food traps, increases ease of cleaning and ensures hygiene remains paramount. All components below conveyors are IP65 rated.
