The SVG C 400 is a stationary drive-through portal in stainless steel. The SVG C 400 has been specifically designed for bus operators (public and private) who need to clean a large number of vehicles in a short period of time.

Asymmetrical Brush Allocation
In today's fast pace times, the dominant determining factor for the purchase of a commercial wash unit has become the time-saving aspect. This applies to transport companies, as well as, to public transportation services.
The logically planned asymmetrical allocation of the wash brushes achieves an effective exterior wash while the vehicles drive through the unit – up to 40 per hour.
Cleaning Process
Step 1: The bus is sprayed through a chemical pre-spray arch.
Step 2: The bus presses against the two front rotating brushes that clean the front of the bus. These brushes then swivel and move around the bus as it moves through the unit.
At the same time shampoo is added. As the bus continues through the two rear brushes clean the back of the unit.
Step 3: The bus is then rinsed with a mixture of water and drying agent.
Reliability

Step 1: The bus presses the rotating wash brushes of the pair of wash brushes situated in the central position outwards. In this way, the frontal surface wash takes place. The first pair of brushes, which is located in the external position, cleans the vehicle side surface.
Step 2: The bus travels through the wash installation and it’s open swivel arms. At this time, the swivel arms pressed against the side of the vehicle by means of pneumatic control. Both pairs of rotating wash brushes clean the vehicle’s side surfaces.
Step 3: The cleaned vehicle is sprayed down by an after – spray arch with a mixture of fresh water and drying aid.
The drying aid is mixed with the fresh water via it’s own allocated dosing pump. What’s more, that basic version can be upgraded with a stationary high-pressure arch. Optionally, the pre-spray arch in the 1st cleaning section can be upgraded with pre-cleaning equipment.
