The TANA Raven X550T disc screen separates materials into two fractions — oversize and undersize — by default but can be equipped with an optional fines conveyor for three-fraction screening. Its patented modular screening deck, made up of four interchangeable modules, allows quick adjustments for different particle sizes. This modular design supports future modifications and new particle size options based on customer needs.

The discs are manufactured by injection molding, ensuring a simple, quiet, and durable design. The smart anti-wrapping feature eliminates the need for separate systems, making spares and wears more affordable. Weighing up to 75% less than steel discs, these patented discs enhance efficiency and ease of use.

The TANA Control System (TCS) detects jams and automatically reverses the machine when needed. Users can store customized programs for processing different materials, optimizing performance. Combined with the TanaConnect® digital portal, the system provides real-time monitoring, production data, and machine health insights, ensuring streamlined operations and reduced downtime.
