Ondrives precision spur gears are manufactured to quality grade 7e25 DIN 3961/3967 (AGMA Q10) as standard, and are available from 0.5Mod - 15Mod.

PRECISION ANTI-BACKLASH SPUR GEARS

Ondrives precision anti-backlash spur gears manufactured in Steel (817M40T) or 303 Stainless Steel to quality grade 7e25 DIN 3961/3967 (AGMA Q10) can be supplied with alternative torque ratings and designs and are an ideal solution to prevent backlash in the system.

PRECISION PINION SHAFTS

Ondrives precision pinion shafts are manufactured to quality grade 7e25 DIN 3961/3967 (AGMA Q10) with plain ground diameters to standard bearing fits available from 0.5Mod - 15Mod.

PRECISION GEAR RACKS

Ondrives precision gear racks are manufactured in both round and square section to quality grade 8 ISO 1328 with higher grades available. Supplied in standard lengths or modified to your drawings in a range of materials including Steel, Hardened Steel, Stainless Steel and Delrin.

PRECISION PARALLEL HELICAL GEARS

Ondrives precision parallel helical gears are available with left and right hand 15 degree helix angles to quality grade 7e25 DIN 3961/3967 (AGMA Q10) and from 0.5Mod to 15Mod. We can supply with different helix angles and modify to customers drawing and specifications in a range of materials including Steel, Hardened Steel, Stainless Steel, PEEK® and Delrin

Ondrives precision worms are manufactured with 20 deg. PA to quality grade 7e25 DIN 3974/3967. Available as both shaft and bore type with optional number of starts in Steel, Hardened Steel, Stainless Steel, Peek and Delrin.

PRECISION WORMWHEELS 

Ondrives precision wormwheels are manufactured with 20 deg. PA to quality grade 7e25 DIN 3974/3967. Available with optional number of starts in Bronze (CA104), Peek, Delrin and Cast Iron (GG25).
