New Holland’s range of Front End Loaders

New Holland’s range of Front End Loaders, are designed to suit their wide range of tractors, from the flagship T8000 through to specialty tractors for orchard, vineyard and horticulture applications, and hard working utility models serving the demanding hay and dairy market.

The loaders are available in three series:

• The All Purpose Series (AP Plus)
• All Purpose Compact Series (APc)
• The All Purpose Economical Series (APe) which is specifically designed for the New Holland TT Tractor Series.

The AP models are recommended for all general farm applications, offering excellent visibility and a balance between strength and weight. They feature an extra-rigid "through the frame" crossbar and deep profiled loader arms. All products available have been designed to suit tough Australian working conditions.

New Holland also offers a wide range of compatible attachments for its loader models, including the standard and 4-in-1 bucket, universal carriage, blade and a variety of bale handling attachments, giving the operator every possible tool to complete the work at hand.

The "Quick Lock" coupler with single lever operation makes changing attachments quick and easy for increased versatility. The loaders also feature "Fast Dump" bucket cylinders which are precision engineered, allowing for the fastest crowd and dump turn around times.

The "Cam Lock" pin design locks loader arms in place and is simply and easily released without the use of any special tools.

The loaders feature tight tolerance Wearlon bushes and high grade pivot pins to ensure maximum strength at the pivot point. Oversize main pivot pins allow for the extra capacity required for tractors with high horsepower.

In addition to these exciting features, a "European Style" coupler is available allowing customers to fit attachments from older style European sourced loaders onto New Holland’s range of loader products.

As well as extensive performance advantages over other loaders the new range offers outstanding safety, with specific safety elements built into the design. The loaders feature a mechanical level lift system that is the best form of operator protection against rollback.

Precision ballasting by the New Holland dealer will help to ensure correct weight distribution, providing optimum stability.

The New Holland tractor and loader combination meets all of the exacting safety standards as outlined in the latest Tractor and Machinery Association (TMA) Code of Practice for Manufacture and Supply of Front End Loaders.

These standards are detailed guidelines for dealers and must be followed when quoting and establishing loader packages for customers.
