Super Speedfit® Fittings - Fast, Simple, and Secure Tubing Connections - with No Tools

This simple concept pioneered by John Guest over 30 years ago now embodies a comprehensive line of over 3,000 products addressing virtually every tubing connection requirement. The Super Speedfit® range of push-in fittings is manufactured in acetyl copolymer and polypropylene, and the range comprises both imperial and metric sizes.

They have been developed for applications involving foodstuff, potable liquids, air, inert gases, CO2 lines and pneumatic and vacuum systems. In all applications John Guest Super Speedfit® fittings require no tools.

Simply cut the tube square and insert it into the fitting to effect a secure and reliable connection. Whether plastic or soft metal tubing is used, the integrity of the connection is assured. Super Speedfit® push-in fittings afford the most reliable and cost effective solution to tubing connections.

John Guest fittings are manufactured to the strictest tolerances. Their designs provide superior flow characteristics and eliminate the need for sealants. Moreover, John Guest fittings can be reused repeatedly without the loss of connection integrity.

The PI Range of imperial-size push-in fittings is offered for tube sizes 3/16” OD to ½” OD. They are manufactured in grey Acetyl Copolymer with food grade Buna N O-rings. White fittings are constructed of Acetyl with EPDM O-rings and Polypro fittings are constructed of Mineral filled Polypropylene with EPDM O-rings.

The PM Range of metric-size push-in fittings is offered for tube sizes 4 mm OD. to 22mm OD. The fittings are manufactured in black Acetyl Copolymer with food grade Nitrite O-rings, making them especially suitable for application involving foodstuff and potable liquids.

They are equally suitable for air and inert gases and can therefore be used on CO2 lines, pneumatic applications, and vacuum.

John Guest Shut-Off Valves feature the same simplicity as fittings for providing a fast and secure way of connecting plastic and soft metal tubing while providing on/off capability.

The valves are suitable for use in potable water, water filtration, reverse osmosis, beverage dispensing and other foodstuff applications.

Produced at the request of leading companies in the Drinks Dispense industry, the Super Speedfit® Single Check Valve ensures protection against reversal of flow. It should be noted that these SCV’s are suitable for Liquids Only.

John Guest’s range of high quality Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) Tubing is designed for use with John Guest Super Speedfit push-in fittings, valves, and virtually all standard tubing connectors.

It provides the benefits of a wide range of temperature and pressure suitability, broad chemical compatibility and is made from non-contaminating materials. Common applications are in water purification, water conditioning, ice makers, and misting systems.
