The Han’s One-Stop Palletising Workstation is a mobile palletising station capable of integrating onto any pre-existing production line. The system is paired with the Han’s Elfin S25 or S30 giving up to 30kg of lifting capacity. It is capable of working two pallets at once at 13 boxes/min all resulting in increased productivity within your production. Furthermore its highly user-friendly interface requires operators to simply follow the setup instructions from the interface screen and let the robot do the work. From the setup the system will generate the most efficient stacking patterns for the product. Finally the system has the option to also work as a palletiser with 3D camera integration. This allows for the pallets to be randomly stacked
