Gorbel Jib Crane Systems (WSJ360-75-3-4-30) ...
Work Station Jib Cranes – The Ideal Substitute for Traditional, Heavy I-Beam Jib Cranes
These work station jib cranes are designed to service circular areas and support tool balancers, air balancers, vacuum lifters and hoists. Our floor mounted jib cranes can accommodate up to a 360° rotation. When column or wall mounted, they allow up to a 200° rotation. Capacities are available ranging from 50kg to 500 kg, with spans up to 4.8m.
Freestanding offers 360° rotation.
Wall mounted offers 200° rotation.
These jib cranes utilise an enclosed track for the boom assembly, which reduces dead weight for easier rotation than traditional I-beam jibs. They also feature a retaining pin through the pivot pin to help resist accidental upward dislodgment of the boom assembly. They can be bolted directly to the existing floor without the need to add special foundations. A hoist trolley is also included.
Both free standing jib cranes and floor mounted jib cranes incorporate a vertical mast, fixed to the floor or footing, and a horizontal boom along which a hoist trolley or crab can travel and rotate about the mast to provide full coverage over a circular work area.
As above, except that the boom rotates on a pivot fixed to the wall of a building. Wall mounted jib cranes provide coverage over a semi-circular work area.
