The Fixed Stair Extension is a continuation of the diagonal stair but the three or four step treads are fixed to a textile reinforced rubber material that allows flexing of this stair extension when the truck is moving – minimising structural damage to the stair.

This design is ideal for smaller haul trucks also, such as the CAT 769, 773 or Komatsu HD325, HD405, HD465 and HD785. It is an inexpensive design that provides safe access to the trucks.
