The yarn are manufactured by carding high purity ceramic fibre 1260 grade with a small percentage of cellulose fibre to assist in processing.
The cellulose content will burn off above 200°C without affecting the properties.
Ceramic braid has superior insulation properties to 1260°C, and excellent resistance to thermal shock.

Available with glass filament or stainless steel wire reinforcing.
Available Sizes: 6,9,12,16,19,22,25,32,40 & 50mm
Length: 30 & 50mtr rolls (depending on size)
Cut lengths available upon request

Applications include:

• High temperature packing.
• Furnace door seal.
• Asbestos braid replacement. 

Coating / Finishes available:

• High Temperature Silicone
• Graphite
• S/S mesh.
