Neousys Technology, an industry-leading provider of rugged embedded systems, today announced that their rugged embedded platform, Nuvo-7531, won the Control Engineering 2021 Engineers' Choice Awards
Of the 88 finalists, Neousys' Nuvo-7531 broke-through and was awarded "Honorable Mention" for the Hardware - Industrial PCs, CNCs category.
The Control Engineering Engineers' Choice Award is a prestigious and significant award in the industry, and it is now in its 34th year in 2021. The award shines a light on 21 categories of control, instrumentation, and automation products, revealing the best of those introduced in 2020 as chosen by the Control Engineering print and digital audience.
"Innovative solutions such as Neousys Nuvo-7531 make manufacturing and other control engineering applications more efficient through smart applications of new technologies. Investments in the best products and software can help solve the most pressing challenges in automation, control and instrumentation," according to Mark T. Hoske, Control Engineering content manager.
"We at Neousys are honored to receive this award from Control Engineering. Nuvo-7531 is a little giant in the world of rugged embedded computers. While other embedded computers with the same desktop i7/ i5 CPU are larger in dimensions, Nuvo-7531 offers the same computing performance in just 1/2~2/3 the size. It is a better fit for applications that require high-performance platforms in restricted spaces." said Dennis Chen, Product Manager of Neousys Technology.
"Continuous improvements among leading technology providers ensure that manufacturers, machine builders, and automation system integrators can achieve the levels of agility, efficiency, and effectiveness necessary to compete—and win—in today’s global economy" Hoske said.
