Roxset is the leading flooring contractor for the food and beverage industry in Australia. It has developed a solvent free epoxy resin paint with extremely hard durability that has become a go to surface coating for use in factories and commercial kitchens, and which can be used across all industries inside and outside. Paints are stored in Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC) for shipment to site, the ideal temperature for application is 25°C. In winter this presents a problem because this thick coating can become almost solid when cold, making it difficult to apply efficiently.

By simply placing the IBC heater jacket on overnight, Roxset was able to raise the temperature to the optimal level by morning, ensuring smooth and consistent spraying. The built-in capillary thermostats provide safe and reliable temperature control, preventing overheating when the heater jacket is left unattended overnight.
