CVC Technologies’ New Counting System and Fully Integrated Bottle Packaging Line Introduced to Pharmaceutical & Nutraceutical Manufacturers

At the event, the newly developed counting system was demonstrated. It was shown to provide high-speed throughput, improved vibration-feed performance, and minimal counting variance, thereby delivering enhanced accuracy and operational reliability for tablet and capsule manufacturers.

In parallel, the fully integrated bottle packaging line was revealed. It was configured to include bottle unscrambling, the new counting system, cotton insertion, servo-capping, induction sealing, labelling and end-of-line accumulation modules. This end-to-end solution was designed to ensure seamless line balance, reduced changeover time and consistent GMP-compliant handling across all steps of production.

Supporting documentation was also provided (see referenced PDF specification sheet) which outlined the machine’s stainless-steel construction, compact footprint, user-friendly HMI, and data-logging capabilities. Manufacturers of pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, contract packaging and health supplements were highlighted as key beneficiaries of these innovations. The deployment of these systems is expected to allow for increased output, lower operational cost and stronger product quality assurance.
