Designed for compactness and maneuverability, Electric Pallet Jacks are used for lifting and moving heavy loads in confined spaces of retail stores, warehouses, and manufacturing facilities. Rough terrain pallet trucks may be more suitable for warehouses with a rough surface or uneven floors.

Using pallet trucks or pallet jacks can increase productivity, reduce work stress and minimize load lifting related injuries. The size of an electric pallet jack is defined by the length and width of the forks (distance between outer edges of forks), the load capacity, and the height up to which it can lift the load. 

Electric pallet jacks and ride-on pallet trucks are generally powered by a maintenance-free rechargeable Lithium Ion battery to operate the hydraulic system. Controls for lifting and lowering the load and the forward and reverse speed controls are allocated on the handle for user convenience.

The electric motor is powerful enough to move or rotate the loaded truck in any required direction.

Trucks are equipped with a polyurethane wheel for smooth, non-marking, and quiet movement. A mechanical brake system is integrated with the main electronic circuit enabling the truck to apply brakes when needed or in the case battery runs out of charge.

With weight sensors, emergency stop, emergency reverse, and safety horn electric pallet trucks are safer, easier, and more convenient to use as compared to hand pallet jacks.
