WAM Micro Filtering System
The SEPCOM Micro-filter MFT is equipped with a motor drive that powers an internally produced force for micro-filtration. It features a screen for retaining the solid phase, which is expelled from the top of the machine. The material to be treated is introduced at the bottom, utilizing the intensity of the pumping effect to enhance separation efficiency.
Function:
This micro-filtering system serves as pretreatment upstream of a centrifuge and, in some instances, as an alternative to it. The micro-filtered liquid can be utilized for fertigation or in systems reusing liquid to dilute dry matter fed into anaerobic digesters in biogas plants.
Features:
It boasts a long-life stainless steel screen basket and a complete stainless-steel impeller. With a maximum hydraulic throughput of 20 m3/h, it ensures efficient filtration.
Benefits:
The SEPCOM Micro-filter MFT offers high filtration efficiency, quick installation, easy maintenance, and low operating costs.
Options:
Available options include stainless-steel screen basket slot sizes ranging from 0.025 mm to 0.050 mm and a Microfiltration plant PMF with a stainless-steel storage tank, feeding pump, level sensors, and control panel.
