The air that is normally drawn into and expelled from the reservoir during a cycle is totally contained within the flexible separator. The separator expands and contracts to maintain near atmospheric pressure in the tank
Separators should be selected with a volume 25% larger than the maximum displaced volume in the reservoir during a cycle. This prevents damage to the separator during normal operation
Separators supplied standard with G3/4 brass stem. Stainless stem available upon request
Vacuum and pressure relief valves should be placed in the tank to prevent component damage due to blockage in or leakage from the system
Custom made separators available upon request to suit large volume applications or specific tank dimensions
