Binar Handling Quick-Lift Rail is a rail-mounted lifting device that can be moved manually in X and Y directions. Vertical lifting is continuous using the precise control handle, which is operated without a pushbutton. The control handle allows precise regulation of the lifting force and speed. This modern technology allows easy handling and precise approach to the loads to be lifted. The QLR can be integrated into most rail systems. The Schmalz crane systems are also ideally suited for this purpose.

Intuitive and ergonomically moving of different workpieces up to 600 kg
Use of standard grippers and individual grippers possible
Sensitive and precise positioning of workpieces up to a tolerance of 1 millimeter
Connection to a new or existing crane system
Handling of workpieces with minimum effort
Continuous rotating of the workpieces in both directions due to patented rotary feed-through

Parking brake

Stops the QLR in the desired position
Pneumatically activated brake that is pressed against the underside of the bridge crane and/or the runway girder
Activation and deactivation of the brake via an additional push button on the operator handle
Configuration of the brakes either in X or Y direction or in both directions simultaneously

Stop and go system

Ideal for a large working area
Automatic braking at pre-programmed time intervals
Programming of the braking function is matched to the working position of the operator
