Raytek Infrared Thermal Imaging Line Scanner ...
Thermal Imaging for Industrial Applications - Raytek MP150 Line Scanner can be used to generate thermal images on any moving target such as steel sheet, plastic or paper strip, glass or the surface of rotary kilns. The scanner measures up to 1024 points on a line at up to 150Hz, and the data is used to generate images on a PC.
The software is designed to manage specific industrial processes and provide machine control outputs or alarm outputs for improved product quality. Typical applications include, Thermoforming, Glass Bending, Float Glasss Cooling, Steel rolling, Cement Kiln monitor, Moisture control in Gyprock, and all web processes such as paper, linoleum, coating and gluing.
Major Features of MP150
In some cases complete kits are supplied for defined applications such as one and two head Cement Kiln Shell monitoring, or a full range of accessories include high temperature [cooled] housings for ambients above 1000C.
These scanners are easy to install and apply in most cases because the software packages are application specific and intuitive to set up. Visualisation of a process in this way, vastly improves operator understanding and open the way to improved quality control.
