Poly strapping is an alternative to steel/metal strapping as it is a safer product with comparable breaking strains.

Polyester Strapping is commonly used to secure and bundle together heavy loads to prevent unbundling and safety during transport and storage. It can be used as an alternative to steel strapping as it can offer a similar breaking strain / strength and surety without the same risk of being cut or hurt by steel strapping bounding back on the user when the tension is released. Get Packed offer two sized poly strapping that offer two different breaking strains.

Available is:

12mm Polyester Strapping Kit (12mm embossed strapping - 12mm x 0.65mm x 2500m that has a breaking strain of up to 265Kg)
15mm Polyester Strapping Kit (15mm embossed strapping - 15mm x 0.90mm x 1350m that has a breaking strain of up to 500Kg)
19mm Polyester Strapping Kit (19mm smooth strapping - 18.5mm x 1.12mm x 800m that has a breaking strain of up to 850Kg)

Each Poly Strapping Kit includes:

1 x roll of polyester strapping (either 12mm and 15mm embossed, or 19mm smooth)
1 x box of serrated seals (1000 per box)
1 x tensioner - which is used to tighten/tension the strap around the goods
1 x sealer/crimper - which is used to crimp closed the metal seals around the strapping to form a join
1 x strapping dispenser - which holds the roll of strapping as well as having a tray to hold the strapping tools

Another item of interest would be a strap feeder which assists in feeding the strap under pallet, but is not included in the kit.

All items, including the strap feeder, are also sold separately by Get Packed.
