Bestech Australia supplies C-5000, a versatile LVDT signal conditioner with applications ranging from steam valve position feedback, governor & throttle valves, interceptor & stop valves, boiler feedwater pumps and turbine control systems.

It supports a wide range of AC LVDTs and RVDTs, with output non-linearity ≤±0.25% FS. NT-C-5000 simplifies calibration setup with built-in null indicators and front panel pushbutton controls to set up zero and full-scale output, bringing machinery downtime to a minimum. The choice of 4 excitation frequencies and 8 analog outputs with 40dB dynamic range of AC output indicates most common system failures by flashing LED codes.

NT-C-5000 LVDT signal conditioner digitally communicates with up to 16 addresses simultaneously via auto-master syncing, where master output couples up to fifteen slave units. If the master should fail,

new master will automatically be generated for fail-safe excitation.
