DFA filter is designed and manufactured per LIVIC’s high performance and high reliability standard with world class quality. DFA filter is designed for fine filtration ranging from 50-1500 micron and is capable of filtrating in high viscosity fluids up to 800,000 cps.

Features 

• Compressed air drives piston moving up and down. Spring loaded PTFE disc connects to the piston and scrapes off the impurities on the filter element inner surface.
• Automatic operation: Scraping cleaning motion is triggered by differential pressure or timing, whichever comes first. To reduce the liquid loss during purging, high impurity concentration waste liquid will be collected at the bottom funnel and discharged according to pre-programmed timing setting.
• Optional semi-auto control: PCC (pneumatic cleaning controller) with one ON/OFF switch button. Easy to manual control self-cleaning and self-discharging motion.
• No disposable filter media, save the cost of filter media consumption and the environment treatment
