Almost effortlessly, it can safely lift and move virtually any load up to 45kg with a single hand. The lifting system uses tried and proven vacuum technology combined with the most lightweight aluminium support structures available. This provides the most user friendly, ergonomic solution to the manual handling risks involved in the repeated lifting required for carton and package handling.

The MHA Easyhand L has, as standard, in-built 360° swivels at the top and bottom for total operator flexibility. A 90° tilt function allows the operator to grip the load on the side if required. The hand control is suitable for use with either left or right hand ensuring suitability for use with both left or right handed operators.

Lifting and lowering functions are easy to regulate via the “sliding handle” which gives the operator the best possible experience of control and safety. The "kick-off" function enables the load to be immediately released via the pistol-grip handle. The 'at rest' or 'float' position is easily adjusted via an adjustment screw.

The MHA Easyhand L is available in several different standard versions of driving systems and end effectors as well as overhead support structures. Driving systems or power packages typically are either by 3 phase vacuum pump or a pneumatic ejector kit. Pneumatic option is required if used in hazardous environments.

The typical end effector used is 150mm dia carton bellow cup. Multiple grippers or bag feet (as shown right) are also available if required after evaluation trials of typical application and subject to operator acceptance.

Typical overhead support structures include the standard jib and column (available bolted to the floor or on a forklift movable base) or roof mounted bridge and gantry systems. The use of the most ergonomic, lightweight track system and intelligent design of components ensures absolutely minimal operator effort is required.
