This is a rugged and heavy duty framed semi Automatic L-Bar Sealer and shrink tunnel combination. The L-Bar features uses a teflon coated sealing blade or knife for sealing; dual magentic hold down shrink chamber with a power discharge conveyor. It has 400mm x 580mm sealing dimensions also featuring an easy load film cradle with pinwheel hole punch.

The Tunnel features a fully re-circulating ari chamber with a live roller rod conveyor. The PP1622 is designed for medium production with speeds of up to 10-20 items per minute depending on the package size.

SeleCTech - L-Bar Sealer and Shrink Tunnel

Get Packed supplies two models of the SeleCTech range. The standard manual model and the Pnuematic model. The pnuematic L-Bar Sealer uses compressed air to bring down the sealing arm through the use of a foot pedal.

This allows the full use of both hands when handling the packages for shrink wrapping. The SeleCTech has a power take away conveyor so that when the L-Bar has cut and sealed the shrink film hem item is then transported into the heat shrink tunnel. The SeleCTech range come standard with active rolls through the tunnel and both have an L-Bar sealing area of 400mm(W) x 550mm(L) x 150mm(H). The Tunnel is 400mm(W) x 200mm(H).
