Kliklok ACE - Advanced Carton Erector

The ergonomic carton hopper is at waist level for easy loading. No platform is needed for safe loading. The high capacity hopper is 580 mm (22.83″).

100% positive carton control is provided by the all-new patent-pending Flex Feeder. Its design assists with vertical startup and ensures positive and repeatable carton positioning.

Ultimate versatility is offered by the ability to run lock- and glue-formed cartons on one machine. Ultrasonic sealing is available on a purpose-built machine. Lock and ultrasonic forming provide a sustainable option.

1, 2, 3 heads on one machine future-proofs speeds up to 240 cpm. Heads are individual units and are lightweight (cavities weigh 8 kg / 17 lb). Changeovers can be completed in 10 minutes. Conversions to change the number of heads can completed in about 20 minutes.

The ACE offers scalability in a small footprint with a wide carton size range. Flat blanks can be as small as 190 x 122 mm and as large as 800 x 600 mm.

Full-height guarding for walk-in access provides outstanding accessibility, offering clear visual maintenance inspection adn easier, more ergonomic changeovers.

Integrated servo drives offer plug-and-play maintenance. The electrical cabinet is thereby simplified, saving space and eliminating the need for cabinet air conditioning.
