Turbines were wrapped in Intercept shrink-film with a second layer of Power–Shrink. Clear windows enabled weekly inspections and reporting. Worldwide the Philippines rank second to the United States in producing geothermic energy.
Geothermal energy is the heat from the Earth. It's clean and sustainable. Resources of geothermal energy range from the shallow ground to hot water and hot rock found a few miles beneath the Earth’s surface, and down even deeper to the extremely high temperatures of molten rock called magma. In the Philippines geo-thermal energy already provides 27% of the country’s total electricity production and is growing.
