JEFFAMINE® T series

Three are primary triamines: JEFFAMINE® T-403 amine; XTJ-509; and JEFFAMINE® T-5000 amine. They are prepared by reacting propylene oxide with a triol initiator, followed by amination of the terminal hydroxyl groups.

We have also developed a secondary triamine, XTJ-586, as part of the XTJ series of polyetheramines that may contain other backbone segments instead of, or in addition to, the polypropylene glycol and polyethylene glycol structures.
