Electric hand held strapping machine

The Electric hand held strapping machine , or Zapak 20, is suitable for Plastic (Polypropylene) Strapping in widths of 12mm and 15mm.

The ZP20 is built with manual tensioning and high friction sealing in order to provide a reliable seal without the need for metal seals or buckles with a reliable manual tension of up to 100kgs.  It has an adjustable sealing time for various strap specifications and a cutting blade that can be easily changed. A balancer hanger is also included for vertical strapping. It is perfect for an office, light duty industrial sites and commercial packing.

Battery operated strapping tool

The Battery Operated strapping Tool, or Zapak 97, will tension your strap and then provides a strong reliable seal on your polyester strapping without the need for metal seals. We have the latest model ZP97A - Battery Powered Automatic PET & PP Combination Strapping Tool - the highest battery capacity in the same class of tools. The 97A is the heavy duty model (Max tension 400Kgs) for pallets and building frames.

Features of all include:

• Patented brushless motor that delivers higher torque output and saves battery power resulting in increase cycle numbers.
• Lightess model in class at only 3.4kg including the battery, which reduces operator fatigue.

Pneumatic High Tension plastic strapping tool

The Pneumatic High Tension plastic strapping tool , or ZP28, is the most powerful and reliable plastic strapping tool of the range.

Being ideal for heavy duty plastic strapping jobs with a maximum adjustable tension of up to 350kg’s, it is an ergonomically designed light weight and durable strapping tool that has a patented single motor structure and alloyed magnesium aluminium mechanism. The ZP28 also has a built in safety device for tension setting to avoid scratching and breaking the strap.

Suitable for both plastic (polypropylene) and polyester strap of 16mm and 19mm with adjustable sealing times for various strap specifications. Being a pneumatic strapping tool it has a number of features that allow free movement of the machine around the hose including an optional swivel air in-take. It has easy one-step strap insertion and a user changeable strap cutting blade and other wearing parts. It is ideal for heavy duty pallet consignment, paper, bricks and lumber.
