FOSS Grain Analyser | ProFoss™
ProFoss™ measures critical parameters such as ash, protein and moisture for control of incoming raw materials and in the final stages of the milling process. Accurate in-line flour analysis enables you to detect trends in your ash and moisture content, troubleshoot production malfunctions and secure final quality.
Value
Continuous real time analysis. Analysis directly in the production line. Facilitates immediate process adjustments.
Sample Type
Flour and whole grain.
Parameters
Protein, moisture and ash.
Features
Trend Analysis
ProFoss™ takes direct measurements inside the process. Sampling errors and sample preparation errors can therefore be minimized to almost zero. Monitoring process variations using a trend chart and a moving average function enables the detection of process variations of a laboratory analyser. Even if one result is wrong for some reason, this has no impact as a new result will be generated a few seconds later.
Easy Integration
ProFoss™ can easily be connected to your LIMS or ERP system.
Dedicated Sample Interface
FossConnect™
FossConnect™ is a centralised networking management solution for ProFoss™ that helps you reduce your production costs and secure the quality of your products. With FossConnect™, you can manage, configure and monitor your instruments remotely from any internet-enabled computer and safeguard your data for whenever you need it.
