Flexible PVC is used in a variety of applications, and DMF stocks bulk quantities for use in their manufactured doors, such as

• Strip doors and curtains
• Swingflex doors
• Rapid Auto Roll doors

These doors may at times need replacement PVC sections. This replacement PVC can be ordered, cut to suit your exact requirement OR full rolls of flexible PVC can be ordered. And we are not limited to our own door models! Dmf can supply replacement strips and panels to a range of other doors models including Coldshield, Carona, MTI Swingview, Remax doors, and even the very old  Neway door types.

DMF are major stockists of clear, see-thru flexible PVC, in either strip or sheet rolls, with sizes ranging from 100 x 2mm, 150 x 3mm, 200 x 2mm, 300 x 3mm, 400 x 4mm, 900 x 5 and 7mm, 1200 x 5 and 7mm, 1500 x 5, 7 and 10mm.

There are 2 main grades available, being the Normal temp grade, and Freezer grade, and some sizes can be supplied in a double ribbed finish to the PVC surface.

DMF can also supply speciality grades for welding applications, and some limited colour options are available.

All DMF's clear flexible PVC has been endorsed and certified by HACCP Australia, and other international standards such as REACH. It is made from safe DINP, and is heavy metal free.
