Now, independent laboratory tests certify that EXAIR’s Safety Air Guns have also met the rigorous safety, health and environmental standards of the European Union in order to attain the CE mark.

EXAIR’s Safety Air Guns use engineered air nozzles for high performance – designed to maximise entrainment of room air while minimising compressed air consumption. Chip Shields are available to protect operators from flying debris and prevent splash back.

The range includes:

• VariBlast Precision Safety Air Guns are designed with a variable flow trigger capable of producing different force values from the same nozzle simply by pulling the trigger.
  
  
• VariBlast Compact Safety Air Guns produce low to medium airflow and have a variable flow trigger, designed with a cast aluminium body and hanger hook for ease of use.
  
  
• Soft Grip Safety Air Guns have a durable cast aluminium body that is suited for rugged industrial use. The ergonomic design has a large trigger for easy operation and a convenient hanger hook for easy storage. Extension Pipes and Stay Set Hoses for hard to reach areas are available.

They produce blowoff forces up to 10.43kg with an optional gate valve allowing for on-the-fly airflow adjustment.
