Regular monitoring of compressed air usage makes it possible for companies to save thousands of dollars per year in compressed air waste by identifying costly leaks or inefficient air products. Airflow values expressed in SCFM (standard cubic feet per minute) or m3/hr (cubic meters per hour) are available. The meters have international 100-240VAC power supply and are CE and RoHS compliant.  Models are available to suit ½” through to 8” Schedule 40 steel pipe, ¾” to 4” Type L copper pipe, and 25mm to 101mm aluminium pipe. 

EXAIR Digital Flowmeters are available in three fundamental versions:

• Standard – provides accuracy and an easy-to-read display of current, daily or cumulative compressed air consumption.
• Hot Tap – allows for installation under pressure and eliminates the need to remove pressure from the pipe.
• Pressure Sensing – monitors pressure and flow.

The USB Data Logger connects directly to your Digital Flowmeter and allows you to record your flow rate, from once a second up to once every 12 hours. The USB data logger and included software can be pre-installed or purchased separately. The Summing Remote Display makes it easy to monitor compressed air consumption from a convenient location.
