The simPAL® Mini Cobot palletiser features a collaborative robot by Techman Robot. Utilising a collaborative robot means that you use minimal floor space, whilst still being able to palletise to a standard Australian pallet (1165 x 1165mm).
A simPAL Mini Cobot Palletiser includes advanced vision-based QA which utilises the in-built 5MP camera on the TM Robot allowing the cobot to read bar codes and QR codes, text, colours or shapes to simplify palletising operations.
To ensure operator safety, TM cobots have inbuilt safety features meaning they operate without the need for guards. This is an important cost and space saving benefit and enables the simPAL cobot palletiser to be deployed in the smallest footprint possible.
A simPAL mini cobot palletiser does not require complex programming. A user can easily create their own custom pallet pattern directly on the touch screen in a matter of moments. Coupled with the lead to teach capabilities of all Techman Robot cobots and the on-board TM-Flow software, programming a simPAL Mini cobot palletiser becomes a simplified process.
