Ball Valves | ZAVERO
As one of the oldest Italian manufacturer of ball valves, Za. Ve. Ro. valves are used in many different applications from standard ones such as oil and gas pipelines, low pressure and high pressure block services, etc. to critical ones such as sour service, low temperature and cryogenic processes, high temperature and steam treating, subsea and slurry service.
Za. Ve. Ro.’s range of products include floating ball valves, both 2 and 3 piece design, side entry trunnion mounted ball valves, in both soft and metal seated versions and double block and bleed valves with either a needle or ball valve bleeder.
Their valves can come in screwed, bolted or fully welded construction with needle or ball vents and drains if required. Za. Ve. Ro. make valve to order rather than in series production allowing flexibility in production to offer fast track deliveries. Additionally, Za. Ve. Ro. stock many basic raw components of valves allowing further improvements in the delivery time.
Za. Ve. Ro. manufacture valves in a variety of materials, form the basic ASTM carbon steels to more specialised Ni-Cr-Mo alloys (Inconel, Incoloy, Hastelloy), Cu-Ni alloys (Monel 400 and K500), Titanium and a variety of austenitic, martensitic, duplex and super duplex stainless steels. All materials are sourced from Italy and Western Europe.
Established in 1973, Za. Ve. Ro. has invested heavily in researching new products to suit the needs of the its’ customers developing new products for energy and industrial applications.
Since its establishment in 1973, ZA.VE.RO. focused its investments and activities on a continuous research into its products to suit the development of the energy and industrial applications and their more stringent requirements.
The range of the construction materials starts from the most common ASTM carbon steels to the more specialised Ni-Cr-Mo alloys (i.e. Inconel, Incoloy, Hastelloy) and Cu-Ni alloys (Monel 400 and Monel K-500), passing through a wide availability of Austenitic, Martensitic, Duplex and Super Duplex stainless steels Titanium.
ZA.VE.RO. have a ISO 9001:2008 quality system in place which ensures traceability of all products from the source of raw materials to the full reporting of internal processes for machining, assembly and testing.
