They are generally used on conveyor / manufacturing lines and are a requirement to comply with occupational health & safety regulations. Allplastics machine guards are commonly manufactured from clear Polycarbonate or PETG which offer the high impact strength required as well as the optical clarity required to operate the equipment.

Using our modern facilities we fabricate, form, bend, weld, bond and polish and can manufacture machine guards from simple to complex designs. Guards can be manufactured from existing samples or drawings. If you are unable to provide us with drawings or samples, we can often visit your site to take all the necessary details required.

We also supply Polycarbonate panels for noise reduction and security applications. For situations where visibility of the guard is important as opposed to clarity, Allplatics will use yellow high density Polyethylene.
